I have three questions for now:
1. How come the 40,000 number does not include all condo buildings on and near the ocean, including some of the new condos in Kakaako. And condo buildings on Alii Drive in Kona, across the beach in Kihei etc.
2. At what point in time will home sellers need to disclose this on the state mandated Seller’s Real Property Disclosure Statement?
3. Will our HNL runways and airport be affected?
